24.03.2014 E-skills week in Latvia
Telema joined a group of progressive companies and public sector institutions in organizing the E-skills week in Latvia. The campaign empowers people and organizations to use technology and promotes skills that allow to benefit from online electronic communication.
The e-skills week in Latvia takes place this March 24-30th in parallel with the European Get Online Week and e-Skills for Jobs campaign. There will be more than 700 events organized all over Latvia to improve e-skills for three main target audiences: youth, general public and enterprises, mainly SME's. The aim is to raise awareness to enhance the communications technology skills for work and daily operations.

Telema is focusing on spreading the e-knowledge to companies in Latvian regions. In the framework of this particular campaign we will organize a seminar in Liepaja to explain the benefits of paperless trade communication to small and medium sized suppliers. There are still some free seats to the event, please register here.

More informative seminars about electronic data interchange, e-invoices and how this helps save companies' resources, will follow this spring in other regional centres as well.
